An excerpt of Space Girl's part in Alternative Fashion Week, in late 1995. The show was called Battle Style Galactica, and featured such notable Club Kids as Reign Voltaire, Sophia Lamar, Amanda Lepore, Desi Monster, Girlina and the fabulous Candis Cayne. It also features Melissa Burns, now from the electroclash band WIT. It was held at the world famous Paladium, in NYC and the Fashion week was intended an off shoot of 7th On Sixth Fashion Week, for alternative underground designers. It was sponsored by Absolut Vodka among others. Look out for Girlina and Candis, doing there outrageous runway battling for Space Girl! Designers Pamela Thompson and Wendy Butler.
