Pamela Thompson Fall 94 - Vidal Sassoon Street Style Competition
I entered this competition (which was held at Grand Central Station) with my roommate Wendy Butler. We were already making clothes for promoters in the club scene (during those 'killer' club kid days...no pun intended) We heard about it on Z100 and that the prize for winning was $10,000. Who doesn't need that kind of cash as new kids to NYC!! Our collection name was Space Girl. We designed two looks and made it to the semi finals. Hey...not bad for right out of school!
